SUGYP wins Silver Jupiter at the Loto-Québec International Fireworks Competition 2025 !

At the awards ceremony for the most prestigious fireworks competition, the Loto-Québec International Fireworks Competition in Montreal, we flew the flag for Switzerland by winning second place.

This year’s competition featured six countries: Italy, Japan, Canada, Switzerland, the United States and France. After winning the Bronze Jupiter in 2016, we moved up a notch and brought home a Silver Jupiter to Switzerland.

The Loto-Québec International Fireworks Competition is the largest international pyrotechnics competition and is considered by pyrotechnicians around the world to be their Olympic Games. It takes place every year, with the 39th edition held in Parc de la Ronde in Montreal during the month of July.

The SUGYP team, led by brothers Nicolas and Jean-Pascal Guinand, presented a show on the theme of ‘Musicals’, which delighted the jury and spectators on the evening of 17 July 2025 in Montreal.
